Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Adenza Administrator to join our team. The Adenza Admin will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and management of Adenza software, ensuring it operates effectively and efficiently to support business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial technology platforms and possess a strong understanding of trading, risk management, and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Configuration & Maintenance:
- Administer and configure Adenza to ensure it aligns with business requirements and best practices.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and version upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the platform runs optimally.
- User Support & Training:
- Provide support to end-users by troubleshooting issues, resolving technical problems, and guiding them on how to use Adenza features effectively.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing users on Adenza functionalities and processes.
- Data Management & Integration:
- Ensure smooth integration between Adenza and other internal systems (e.g., trading platforms, accounting software, market data feeds).
- Manage data loading processes and ensure data accuracy and integrity within the platform.
- System Optimization:
- Analyze system performance and suggest improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify and implement new features, enhancements, or customizations to meet evolving needs.
- Incident Management & Troubleshooting:
- Act as the point of contact for system issues and incidents, working closely with IT and vendors to resolve problems.
- Investigate and resolve user-reported issues in a timely manner.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on system performance, incidents, and improvements for management review.
- Compliance & Security:
- Ensure that Adenza adheres to security and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor user access controls and ensure data privacy and security protocols are followed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience administering Adenza
- Strong understanding of trading, risk management, and financial services operations.
- Proficiency in system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting within Adenza.
- Experience with data integration, batch processing, and data quality management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) is a plus.
- Preferred Skills:Experience in financial markets (e.g., derivatives, fixed income, FX).
- Familiarity with SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational database management systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems or other modern technology infrastructures.
